Billed once a year, spent as the dates arrive
Occasions are lumpy — some months have none, April has three. So a plan buys a number of cards and we spend them as the dates come round, rather than on a schedule.
Everything is included: the cards, the envelopes, the stamps, and the postage to get the kit to you. Run out mid-year and you can move up a plan at any time.
What if I miss the date anyway?
The card is already written and stamped, so late is still fine — most people post it the same week. We send the reminder on the morning it needs to go out, which is the single biggest reason our cards actually get mailed.
Can I change an address?
Any time. Cards we’ve already printed keep the address they were printed with; everything after that uses the new one.
What happens to cards I don’t use?
Nothing is wasted — we only make a card when a date is actually coming up. If you have fewer occasions than your plan covers, move down a plan at renewal.
Can I choose the cards?
You pick a style and we choose within it to suit each occasion. You can override the style for any single date.
